Nov. 15th trip to Maule factory in Moultrie, Ga.

Here is a shot of one of the super rugged Maule cages, out of the jig and ready to be finish welded.

A set of new wings going together in the wing shop.

The new "Sport plane" that they are working on.  It is a slightly lightened up version of the original M4 design.  The current weight was up around the 900+ mark , but they are working on getting that down.

I've always loved the Maule wheel spats...

No matter what you build, the panel takes awhile...

If you can buy the gas, an Allison turbine will pull it along nicely.

Or better yet, a diesel!  Gotta paint it John Deere green though...

Well all the usual suspects were there including Brent and Ray Maule... great day, great trip...

About half the planes that made the trip...I didn't feel like walking all the way down to the end of the line to get everyone of them in the shot.  The real entertaining shot was all these planes trying to get fuel at the actual Moultrie airport...was like a circus act...
